Returns & Exchange Policy

At Maison Blondie, every product is the result of our uncompromising standards. Due to the nature of our offerings and the high-touch quality control process each piece undergoes, we maintain strict guidelines for returns and exchanges to preserve the integrity of your experience.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept exchanges for store credit under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 2 days of delivery, based on carrier tracking.
  • The bundle tags and packaging must be uncut and intact.
  • The lace on wigs must be uncut and the wig in original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • A $99 CAD restocking fee applies for wigs. Store credit is valid for 1 month.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To begin an exchange, email us at care@maisonblondie.com with your order number and reason for return. Instructions will be provided upon review.


Made-to-Order Wigs

Sur-mesure (made-to-order) wigs are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit. These pieces are hand-tailored and made uniquely for you.


Quality Control

All products are filmed and photographed during our final quality control process before shipping. This is to ensure transparency, accuracy, and protect the mutual integrity of our transaction.


Claims & Evidence

If you believe your item arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
  • Claims sent after this window will not be considered.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • Once returned, your item will be inspected on video for confirmation.


No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Store credit or exchange only, pending approval.

Partial refunds, returns without approval, or tampered goods will not be processed.


Shipping & Order Security

Maison Blondie reserves the right to require signature confirmation or shipping insurance on any order. This ensures all deliveries are traceable and protected.

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to void eligibility for any exchange or future order.


Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations for orders once processed. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing your purchase.
