Welcome to Maison Blondie. By accessing or using our website (www.maisonblondie.com) and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
To make a purchase on our site, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, textures, and photos. However, due to the nature of raw and virgin hair, slight variations in curl pattern, density, or color may occur. These are not considered defects.
All hair is ethically sourced, quality checked, and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Ready-to-Ship Wigs & Bundles: 3–5 business days
- Sur-Mesure Wigs: Available through order
- Pre-Orders: Shipping timelines will be noted on the product page
Orders including both bundles and pre-order/sur-mesure wigs will be shipped in separate shipments at no extra charge, with bundles shipped first.
4. Shipping
We currently ship internationally, using premium carriers such as UPS and DHL.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes
- All shipments include tracking numbers
- All shipments are insured with Route Package Protection
- Maison Blondie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit
By purchasing, you acknowledge that Route insurance is included and required on all orders.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in providing the highest quality hair products. Due to the nature of our goods, we do not offer refunds.
You may exchange eligible wigs for store credit (minus a $99 AUD restocking fee) if:
- The lace has not been cut
- The wig is unused and in original packaging
- You contact us within 4 days of delivery
- You cover the return shipping cost
Sur-Mesure (custom) wigs are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.
All items undergo video-documented quality checks prior to shipping.
Any disputes must include photo or video proof, and will be reviewed internally. No refunds will be provided unless deemed appropriate by our team.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will result in permanent account deactivationand are grounds for legal action.
6. Cancellations
We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product details and confirm your selections before checking out.
7. Payments
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and select "Buy Now, Pay Later" platforms. All transactions are encrypted and secured.
By completing a purchase, you agree that you are the authorized user of the selected payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and product descriptions on our site are the intellectual property of Maison Blondie and may not be copied, used, or redistributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Maison Blondie is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or site.
10. Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted. It is your responsibility to check for updates.

Payment, Billing & Shipping Verification
To ensure a seamless and secure Maison Blondie experience, all orders are subject to standard verification prior to processing and shipment.
Standard Payment Orders
For orders paid via credit or debit card:
- The name on the order must match the name on the payment method used at checkout.
- The billing address must match the shipping address provided.
- Orders with mismatched or incomplete information may be placed on hold for verification, delayed, or cancelled at our discretion.
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Orders
For orders placed using Buy Now, Pay Later services (including but not limited to Afterpay, Klarna, or similar providers):
- The shipping address must match the address on file with the BNPL provider.
- The recipient name must match the approved BNPL account holder, unless otherwise authorized by the provider.
- Maison Blondie is unable to modify shipping details on BNPL orders once approved.
BNPL providers conduct their own independent verification. Orders that fail provider authorization or internal verification may be cancelled or refunded in accordance with our policies.
Additional Verification
In select cases, Maison Blondie may request additional confirmation before dispatching an order. This may include, but is not limited to, identity or payment validation.
Maison Blondie reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order that does not meet our verification standards. Processing timelines may be extended where verification is required.

Yes, we ship internationally using premium carriers such as UPS and DHL! Delivery times and shipping rates vary depending on your location.
International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location and carrier. Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly from the shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number on our Order Tracking page.
